Beautiful view from the Queen Room! Kayaking was an absolute highlight. I appreciated Carl's hospitality, letting me paddle around while waiting for our room. The porch offered fine views over the water, especially during the full moon rise. Breakfast was decent, but I expected a hot meal rather than just continental options. The room had great decor, but it felt a bit small for two people, especially since the bathroom was visible from the main area. The setting is lovely, but the breakfast could be more substantial.

The staff was affable and extremely friendly, doing great job. The room we booked was ideal and spotless with a bath, a private bathroom and shower as described. The breakfast in the patio was delicious and satisfactory with home baked goodies...

Really good overall experience. Beautiful old accommodation with lovely and excellent location in a very picturesque area. Location near the bay with clear views of the wharf as well as restuarants and shops. Fab and delicious food.

Make sure to get double room with the bathroom as well as the amazing views. All of the hotel's staff are amiable and extremely friendly.

I loved the charming sunroom with stunning views and the delicious homemade traditional Cape Breton baked goods at breakfast. Just wish for a bit more variety in the breakfast options.

I loved how I could easily walk to the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site in less than a 5-minute walk, and the beautiful views along the waterfront were just a few steps away, perfect for a calming stroll. The place has a lot of charm but could improve its breakfast setup for a better guest experience.

This place is a real gem! The location couldn't be better as it sits right on the water with fine views of the harbor. Loved the sunny room with French doors leading to the upper waterside deck, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The atmosphere is so soothing, with nautical-inspired decor that makes relaxation easy. Breakfast is help yourself.

We had a lovely large room with a comfy bed, just the right amount of space for our stuff. The breakfast setup was nice, laid out by the host, and the view from the communal rooms overlooking the water was fine.

It wasn't budget-friendly,, but still acceptable for a nice getaway.

The inn is perfectly situated for family adventures, with a fine sea view that offers good glimpses of local marine life. My parents enjoyed the cozy feel of our room, both super clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast had a good variety that kept everyone satisfied.

My wife says that a larger bathroom would greatly enhance family stays.

I enjoyed the large light room with a basin and an en suite. The communal areas were cute, with a beautiful view over the water. We had such a great time here I didn't want to go. Waking up to the amazing view of the water each morning it was surreal and the breakfast options were plentiful like a feast to start the day.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was worth every penny.
